Jay Marks has over two decades of experience as a senior advisor in organizational development and human relations, consulting to clients in financial services, aerospace, pharmaceuticals, transportation and logisitics, and manufacturing. He has served as VP of Management Learning and Development for The Capital Group Companies, one of America's largest and most successful investment management firms, based in Los Angeles, CA.
Jay has worked closely with executive teams and individuals to plan and implement organizational initiatives and management programs across all departmental functions in the U.S., Europe, and Asia. He has helped companies with their internal communications, teamwork, work process and structure, and leadership development.
